I had an awesome time here, especially enjoying the fresh and varied breakfast each morning and the cozy smoking king room that made my stay feel special. The spa offered great relaxation options, and I also loved the inviting lounging areas. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but overall, it was a fantastic experience. 😊

absolutley horrible, with moldy smells and rusty silverware. the air-conditioning was totally a joke, malfunctioning nonstop. i asked for a complimentary upgrade due to my discomfort, but no such luck. also, don’t even get me started on the atrocious breakfast—more like a sad collection of stale bread. i almost left a good review but just couldn’t.

No concept of a credit card hold. they charge upfront, which is unusual. Hot water was entirely absent for my entire stay, with promises for service never fulfilled. The in-room dining system is inconvenient, requiring on-the-spot payment and slow service. Valet parking isn't complimentary, and the menu choices are severely limited and overpriced. Decor and maintenance issues were evident, including broken curtain railings and unclean bed linens.

Nestled near a tranquil creek, the hotel minimizes traffic noise, allowing for restful nights. The breakfast spread included a delightful mix of Pakistani and Western options, featuring excellent bakery items that were a great way to start each day.
